Who We Are, Where We Came From, and Where We’re Headed

We are at our core a technology company that started in 2013 focused on marketing technology and big data and omni-channel and multi-channel marketing. We grew into clients like KKR Atlas Holdings, Roan Capital which are the biggest private equity firms in the world. We also work with Division I sports teams, pro-athletic teams, pro-athletes, and some of the largest entertainers in the world like Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn.

We've taken our technology and applied it to commercial real estate and the acquisition of commercial real estate and it has worked well. We started the 10 District which is the 10 downtown blocks in Jenks, Oklahoma and in a matter of three years that 10-block radius has sent $1B in new development.

We're trying to create new spaces and new types of spaces for people to utilize - spaces that are local, and embrace the local community, and bring in local goods. So the genesis of the Free Form House is really an extension of our technology all the way to the physical elements

Jenks Downtown is experiencing a significant boom, evident from a drive along the river and especially down Main Street. Arriving in downtown Jenks, known as The Ten District, gives visitors a pleasant surprise—a feeling of small-town renaissance with a "Wow, I didn't know this was here" reaction.

Freeform House is perfectly situated in the heart of The Ten District, the 10-block core of downtown Jenks. This district is undergoing a rapid and transformative revitalization, successfully breathing new life into many previously vacant or neglected historic spaces. Developments throughout 2024 confirm that this progress is far more than simple revitalization; it represents a substantial, long-term investment that is generating significant excitement throughout the entire Tulsa metro area.

The recent influx of new retailers and restaurants is substantial, including popular spots like City Hall Steak & Seafood, The LODGE Eatery and Pub, Pure Kitchen, Cedar & Lily Clothier, Motley Market, and Lenny Lane. Notably, Pure Kitchen was lauded as "The crown jewel of Jenks" by top food critic Jared Gleaton of EAT THIS, Tulsa!, who gave it an "Excellent" final score of 91/100.

These new establishments are vital, not only boosting downtown foot traffic and offering appealing local options for residents' weekends but also creating a beneficial economic cycle. Local dollars spent at these businesses generate sales taxes that are then reinvested directly back into the Jenks community, fostering a virtuous cycle that embodies the pride and connection of a thriving hometown.

Bryan is the co-founder of Free Form, an Inc. 500 Martech company. He holds several patents for white goods services and is an alumnus of both Harvard and Stanford University. Before co-founding Free Form and the TEN District, he had an established career in the politics industry.

Shea Roach is the co-founder of both Free Form, an Inc. 500 MarTech company, and the Ten District. She is also an alumnus of Texas Christian University. Earlier in her career, she was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing heavily on large industrial and financial services clients.
